Form shooting is key in preparing shooters to repeat the motion of shooting for muscle memory and training ones self to make shots consitently assiting in confidence. Focussing on mechanics such as, hand positioning, release strength, utilizing the legs and core, arch on the shot, concentration and repeating the exact same actions. Great before practices, workouts, games and getting shots up.
